    Getting Back After Injury

    About a year ago my shoulder started giving me problems. I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulder". After months of physical therapy trying to avoid surgery my shoulder is finally starting to "thaw". This work out is exactly what I was looking for, it allows me to push myself when I need to and hold back when to account for my limited range of motion.

    Great bands and great program!

    I love the workout plan in Build. While there is a lot of variation in the exercises, the legs and glutes part could have more attention like what is given to muscle fibers of the arms and back (changing variation, direction)
