    Seems to be an intense program if you want it to be

    The program with the purchased bands can really be as intense as you want it to be. With varying grips and multiple bands you can workout with an insane amount of “weight”.

    some of the beginner exercises (I’m a beginner) can be awkward to begin with but continued use reduces this quickly.

    I look forward to continuing this program and possibly purchasing others as I progress.

    Keeps me going and motivated.

    I've been using bands for the last year and this year decided to sign up for the program. Helps keep me focused on form and staying consistent. I would give 5 stars if the program would automatically tell mw when to increase resistance similar to other work out apps.

    PS - Don't forget the gloves, must have the gloves :)

    TA2 Build

    Great guided program. Just got started but a nice set of workouts and progressions with each monthly cycle. Only thing keeping it at 4 stars is no Android version of app.

    Amazing

    I am on week 2 in the build program and I have gained an inch on the arms and over 2 inches on the chest. I just received my hands great. I love the wide range of resistance.
