TA2 Burn combines all the best benefits of the most popular styles of fitness into one highly effective workout program. Progress from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced at your own pace. Annik Nayler is the perfect coach to help you reach your goals!
Level 1 of the program includes basic, unanchored exercises with work and rest intervals at 60 seconds each. Annik is there every step of the way. Anytime you need a break, just hit pause. Three days a week, 30 minutes per workout.
Level 2 introduces new exercises, some of which are anchored using the Undersun Universal Anchor and any stable structure you have at home. Work intervals remain 60 seconds, with rest periods dropping slightly to 45 seconds. These workouts are more challenging, but you can handle it! Still three days a week, 30 minutes per workout.
Level 3 adds even more new exercises, building off the Intermediate anchored moves. Undersun Jump Rope and Hip Bands are also utilized in the workouts to increase calorie burning and aerobic conditioning. Work intervals stay at 60 seconds, rest drops to 30 seconds. Three days a week, and still 30 minutes per session – but with a higher workload and intensity.
Through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, TA2 Burn accommodates all fitness levels. Beyond that, resistance bands make it easy to scale any exercise that’s too difficult. Any workout can be customized to fit your needs.
