It redefine leg workouts
It's seems so weird at first. But it feel so good during a workout. It really put the tension where it's needed. No more weights on my shoulders! Who would have thought.
I used to workout a lot at the Gym. I was not sure how I could workout my legs at home.
So I used to train the upper body and do some eclipse or go on a walk for the lower body parts.
Now I can get into shape, tone all my muscles. The best part of it is that it doesn't take so much time as with machines. Also the recovery time is pretty much none.
If I would have trained my legs muscles at the Gym instead of using those bands. Well the recovery and pain would have been though the roof.
Since I do not go to the Gym and my recovery is almost none. I don't use as much supplements. The big problem was not the motivation. It was the recovery. Also the pain depending on the moves I used to do.
I may never see a Gym again. Thanks to you.
I did follow the training from Annick Grage from Instagram. It was so simple. Also I really liked the music. I did let the video play several times because of the music.
I really like her workouts. I have the TA2 Bodyshock. Now I can incorporate those bands.
Do not be jalous I also really like your workouts.
I wish there would be more workouts to buy. Now I own TA2 Bodyshock and Build.
I wish you would turn 60 Days to fit to 60 Days to bands. That would be interesting.
