Undersun Vanilla Meal Shake powder will help you make the perfect wholesome holiday treat.

Maintaining a fit lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to forego everything sweet this holiday season. By adding a few key ingredients to your baking repertoire, you can cook up an insanely delicious treat that won’t ruin your diet or derail your weight loss goals.

If you’re a fan of pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread, or anything else pumpkin, you’ll love our Undersun No Guilt Protein Pumpkin Bites. With minimal prep time and only 10 to 15 minutes in the oven, you’ll have an amazing dessert or snack that tastes just as good as any of the aforementioned pumpkin staples, but with way better macros.

Did Somebody Say Pumpkin?

These Protein Bites strike the perfect balance of both delicious and healthy ingredients. Pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and coconut shavings deliver that familiar holiday flavor you love. And the vanilla-flavored Undersun Meal Shake, oats, peanut butter powder, and egg whites provide high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates, both soluble and insoluble fiber, and healthy fats.

The great thing about the Undersun Meal Shake is that it offers amazing taste and healthy nutrition. On its own, it’s a thick, delicious shake you can have any time of day. But it also works perfectly for baking recipes like this, especially around the holiday season. Macronutrient-wise, the Meal Shake provides optimal ratios of plant-based protein from California almonds (22 grams per pouch), low-glycemic carbs (27 grams, with only 15 net carbs), healthy fats (8 grams), and dietary fiber (12 grams).

At Undersun, we don’t believe in depriving ourselves of delicious foods in the name of being fit. That’s why we created the Undersun Meal Shake – to show that eating healthy can taste great. This No Guilt Protein Pumpkin Bites recipe is further proof!

No Guilt Pumpkin Protein Bites Recipe

Ingredients:
Directions:

Put all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl (Undersun Meal Shake, oats, coconut shavings, sugar, pumpkin spice, peanut butter powder). Then, add wet ingredients and mix all together in the bowl.

Grease a cookie sheet (or aluminum foil on top of a cookie sheet). Make individual balls out of the ingredient mixture and space them an inch or so apart. You should end up with around 10 to 12 balls.

Place cookie sheet on the center rack of the oven (preheated to 350 degrees). Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on desired hardness and moistness. After removing from the oven, let cool for a few minutes.

Enjoy your Protein Pumpkin Bites… but don’t eat them all at once! (Moderation is key, right?) Have a couple and save the rest for other days. And by all means, share them with family and friends. No one will know these are healthier than regular pumpkin pie and cookies!
