What I like about the bodyshock is that if your a beginner the work out gradually builds your strength and endurance up.
Just what I needed
Both the Bodyshock and Build programs are awesome. I'm a PT and was looking for a little inspiration for my SUP Fitness classes. I now incorporate a lot of this content into my beach and water sessions. Nice work guys!
exhausting but fun
I could not walk for 3 days after my first training, and I´ve been practicing martial arts for 12 years now... It is really fun and challenging. It lasts about half an hour so it is a perfect complement for my regular trainings
Love the HIIT and Tabata intervals as it keeps it interesting and challenging! I especially like how the bands allow me to work at my level of fitness...as I get stronger I tighten the resistance. Annik is engaging and motivating and easy to follow along with! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a challenging fitness program requiring minimal equipment with the flexibility to work out anywhere! 10/10 for me!
