I am now on Week 4 of Month Three and this has been the best three months of training in my LIFE! The bands are easy on the joints so I didn't have to suffer through the first few weeks of agony usually associated with getting back into the gym. I travel a ton so the bands come with me and I have not missed a SINGLE workout in this program. As time progressed I added in things like super-setting each program set with a set for abs/core, adding dips to the chest workout, and chins to the back workout. Because I saw results quickly and felt so good I've started riding my bike again and LOVE that additional weekly leg wrecking exercise! I've added a lot of muscle, dips are at 20-10-10-15 just like the regular program and now able to do 8 clean chins at 240lbs! Chest is broad and thick again, back is super strong, and legs are rock hard again. Now I'm on to TA2 Body Shock to keep ripping up and melting off fat. Looking forward to a little more flexibility through the Fall as my schedule gets crazy. Buy this program!
I am traveling a lot and using this as an excuse to work out less...but no more, with my bands I can work anytime, anywhere and the video are really helping me as it feels like I am not working out alone...It is a really hate/love story!!! no more excuses not to workout!!!
What I like about the bodyshock is that if your a beginner the work out gradually builds your strength and endurance up.
