Meet your trainer

Fitness Expert Annik Nayler, originally from Alberta, Canada comes from a mixed heritage of French and Mohawk Indian. A former athlete, martial artist, firefighter and fitness competitor, she has a true passion for physical fitness and conditioning. She may have the intensity of a drill-sergeant, but she’s also fun, charismatic and high energy! If you’re doing the TA2 BODYSHOCK program with Annik, you know you’re going to get a great workout!

5 different levels of resistance

Choose 1 of 5 different resistance levels.The X-Light and Light bands are great for upper body exercises that require a lighter resistance, as well as for shoulder mobility and strengthening programs.
The Medium, Heavy, and X-Heavy bands can be used when more resistance is needed, such as squats, deadlifts and other lower body exercises.

Just Need the Program?

This Fat Burning Program utilizes Resistance Bands workouts, following a 5-day training split, with each muscle-group trained on separate days. This approach allows for multiple exercises per body-part, a higher quality of work, and ultimately more muscle.
