Lean Build is Fantastic!
Lean Build is fantastic and people shouldn’t sleep on it.
It has made the difference in my eating. I was eating decent before, but this plan makes a lot of sense and puts a good formula and purpose to eating to build muscle. It eliminates a lot of the research, math and the guessing about portions and macros. It also makes the macros simple and easy to follow.
The grocery list is simple and quite inexpensive where I shop. The recipes and instructions are easy to follow. The portioning system is great and easy to get down. The food ranges from decent to really good. Not a bad meal on it at all of the ones I’ve tried. Nothing spectacular either, but I didn’t expect there to be (it is all healthy, after all 😂).
Each meal of the day, regardless of which you choose, is consistent in the percentages of protein, carbs, and fats. This is transferable to your own meal creations for those times a day to eat as well with a bit of research and math.
The information as much as the recipes is well worth the price of the program.
