I have always used weights for building muscle and never realized bands can do the same with much greater margin of safety. Unlike the bands with handles which limit the resistance you can almost get an infinite range of resistance between the the 5 bands by grabbing them closer to the anchor point and/or pulling away from the anchor point to create greater resistance. The bands can also be easily added in order to create that the desired level of resistance. What makes band exercises even better is that your workout is not limited by going to the gym. You can take the bands anywhere you want. There is a door anchor as well as an outdoor anchor. Traveling with the bands is real simple and are easily stowed in your carry on bags. Your work out will never be compromised by lack of a gym when you go on a trip or vacation. I highly recommend these bands and have purchased multiple sets with the TA2 build program as gifts for family and friends.
