Great program Easy to follow
Hi my name is Flemming and I live in Denmark. I saw James Grage on YouTube and it was apparent, that he knew, what he was talking about. After watching a lot of his videos, I decided to place an order. I bought a set of Undersun resistancebands with the Build training program and I bought a set of Undersun training gloves, specially designed for resistanceband training. The bands are of the highest quality, the Build program is conveyed in a thorough and easy to understand way, as James not only tells you how to perform exercises but also why they must be performed in a precise manner and which muscle it effects, even which part of the muscle it effects. How to isolate a muscle by starting the movement from a point, so you don’t recruit other muscles in the exercisers. The program is a five days split with two rest days and should take about 30 to 40 minutes a day, depending on your breaks between sets. The great thing about training the Build program is that you can match the resistance to each set easily, by stepping wider on the band, stepping further away from the anchor point, changing your grip, changing band or using two bands together. This means that you can match the resistance, so that the last reps of each set is really challenging. I’m really enjoying the training, but I definitely recommend using the gloves, to protect your hands. Last, but not least you gain access to a private forum with James and other Undersun users, where you find support and inspiration. I have tried many programs, and this is the one I’m sticking with. Everything is laid out for you, no guessing. The eating plan tells you not only what ingredients you need but how to portion your meals. The plan also tells you why carbs for example are omitted from the meal. Great selection of meals to choose from, with printable sheets for easy reference. I have been using the plan for about 2 weeks now and already feel the difference in energy level! Highly recommended the product!
