I would have to say I haven't been this excited about an exercise system since Joe Weider. The concepts of VRT and the equipment devised by James G. is on another level. How can you beat it's effectiveness for overall muscular development, it's genius flexibility (no pun intended) towards adding and dropping weights, it's transportability and all at a cost of a good pair of work boots. This a great gift for man or woman on the go. Hooray for James Grage and the team!
Undersun resistance bands are amazing. As someone who finds it hard to work out because of some mobility issues, the undersun resistance bands are a game changer. They are fun and easy to use.
I really like the quality of these bands. I am using them weekly to supplement other workouts. Also my kids grab them and try to abuse them as well and they are standing up now about 2 months In to ownership. Followed some of the videos and also using for pull-up support for my kids. I have no complaints other than than the price. But in general I would rather pay more for a quality product than have to pay for an inferior product twice and create extra waste.
So far it's been a great fill in between gym days and days I can't make the gym.
It is time for me to write my review here... I've been to a gym only a few months in my life when I was 17 or 18, when I had time before starting my studies at the university. And after that I became more and more 'anti-gym', especially after reading books and articles on that. For years, the only opportunity for me to do sports was on weekends. I moved abroad, sedentary-job lifestyle, etc. I've always been thin, never close to overweight. When I was around 32 years old, I finally found a method for me to do exercises by myself, at home, with bodyweight exercises apps. My goal was and is mostly self-discipline. My personal priorities are basically intellectual activities. I did these bodyweight exercises for one year and three months systematically (during that period I even spent 3 months in hotel rooms travelling abroad for work). By then, I had to do so many repetitions, my workouts were taking so much time, that I started looking for alternatives. That's when I found James the Great! I watched his videos explaining the benefits and advantages of using bands. I got excited and ordered the whole pack with anchor and gloves. I've been using them for almost 5 months now. Enthousiastically (my friends think I secretly work for Undersun trying to sell their products). I don't take any supplements. I just eat reasonably well and heatlhy and do fasting a few times per week. If you look for "results" (although, as I said, this is not my priority)... yes, you can get it just by using bands. The "results" are visible (and much faster in comparison to bodyweight exercises. In my case I would say these 4 months are equivalent to 1 year + of bodyweight exercises). Thanks James and Undersun! Amazing product. If you develop an app with different programs that put together bands, HIT, bodyweight, etc, I will subscribe for life!
