INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients into a large blender (Undersun Meal Shake, pumpkin, vanilla extract, and egg whites). If you don’t have a blender, a mixing bowl will also work. Mix ingredients until they are fully blended.

Turn your stovetop to medium. Pre-heat your non-stick frying pan and poor your pancake mixture into the pan to create 1 large pancake. Heat for about 5 -10 minutes on each side, flipping your pancake halfway through.

Once the pancake is golden brown, remove from heat and plate your meal! Feel free to add any toppings you prefer and enjoy!
