Here’s a quick and easy tip when using either your Undersun Outdoor Anchor or Door Anchor.
Sometimes the knot from your resistance band can get cinch around the nylon strapping of the anchor making it slow or difficult to take the knot out of the resistance band. Here’s an easy way to make sure that you don’t have that problem, making it easier to transition from one band to another.
Step 1: Run the end of your Undersun band through the loop of the anchor (same for both the outdoor and door anchors).
Step 2: Before running the other end of the band through itself we’re going to take one of our other bands and lay it across the top of the anchor.
Step 3: Now bring the other end of our first band across the top and through its own loop (this is called a lark knot) like you normally would.
This simple and quick tip keeps your knot from getting too tight, making it much easier to undo, saving you precious time in your workout.
