How To Use The Undersun Fitness Mobile App

To get started, you’ll want to download the Undersun Fitness mobile app to your phone. If you’re using an iPhone, you can find the Undersun Fitness app in the Apple Store. If you’re using an Android, you can find it on the Google Play Store. Just search for Undersun Fitness and then click ‘Download.’

After you download the app and open it for the first time, you’ll see introductory screens highlighting the app’s features. Swipe through to the end and tap ‘Create Account.’ Now, it’s important to note that this new account that you’re setting up is for the Undersun mobile app only, and not for the Undersun website.

After creating your account, an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox to confirm your email address. Open that email, tap the button, and you will be brought to the app login screen. Login with your new account details. 

If you’ve purchased your TA2 workout program from the Undersun website, you were given a six digit licensing key on the order confirmation page. If you purchased your TA2 program from another source, such as Amazon, you will find a black envelope in your order which contains a license key activation card. Enter the license key and select ‘Activate TA2 to program.’ 

You will then be brought to our pre-program overview. These screens include important steps for understanding your purchased programs, training routine, and how to schedule your workouts properly.

Go ahead and select the ‘Get Started’ button under the program you’re starting. When you’re ready to set up your calendar, select ‘Schedule Program.’ At this step, you can either do the default schedule by pressing ‘Start Now’, or you can do a custom schedule and select the days that you prefer to train and your rest days. It’s important to select the appropriate number of training days specific to your program.

When you’re ready, go ahead and click ‘Start Workout.’ You will be prompted to include Spotify music while working out. You can also turn this feature off in the settings. You’ll go to your profile, click the settings gear icon, and then you’ll turn off the slider that says Spotify.

If you would like to integrate Spotfiy into your workout, you will log in with your Spotify details and then select a playlist. After selecting a playlist, you’ll be brought to the training mode screen, where you will follow the step-by-step instructional video of the workout. This can be viewed in horizontal or vertical orientation. You can also mirror your screen to supported Smart TVs and devices to view the instructional videos in a larger format. 

Depending on which program you follow, you’ll either have a perceived exertion scale that pops up after each exercise, or a rep counter. If at any time you want to turn this off – go to Profile, then go to Settings in the upper right-hand corner and turn off the slider. 

If at any time you need to cancel your workout, go to the top left corner of the screen and look for the orange. Tap to cancel.
