Expanding your workouts to include more exercises and deliver maximum results often requires buying more bulky equipment and finding additional room in your house or gym bag for all the extra stuff. At some point, you run out of budget and space.
As we’re kicking off springtime, the sun is (finally) coming out and the world is opening back up. For our traveling family, that means two things:

Your standard yoga mat may work fine at home, as long as you’re not lugging it around from place to place. Once you start trying to fit it in a backpack or other bag, you quickly realize it’s a bit cumbersome.
